Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the explore.wpeg.ca website (the "Service") operated by Explore WPEG ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. AI-Generated Content
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content generated by the AI. The content is provided for informational and planning purposes only and should not be considered as professional travel advice. You are responsible for verifying any information, such as opening hours, availability, and safety, before making travel plans.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. User-Generated Content
Our Service allows you to upload photographs and assign them to places (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”), such as community photo contributions for Winnipeg locations. You are responsible for the UGC that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting UGC on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You affirm that you own the rights to the content you submit and have obtained any necessary permissions or consents, including from any identifiable persons.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Explore WPEG and its licensors.
6. Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Explore WPEG. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Explore WPEG, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
